- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all our products, unless otherwise noted, with FedEx Ground. If you have special shipping instructions please add them to your order or call us at 800-206-6439 to discuss them. We do charge extra for using other shipping carriers.
- Privacy & Security
- At Thompson Wholesale Inc., we value your privacy. We do not sell or share any information, including your email address, physical address, or phone number with any third parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- We stand by our products. If you are unhappy with our products please call us, within 30 days,at 800-206-6439 and request an RMA number. Then you may ship back the products to us for a refund. Please call for an RMA number. Sorry, but it is not feasible for us to accept products returned without one. Closeout, trash packs, and sample pack items are subject to a restocking/handling fee upon return.
- Ordering
- We offer two ways of ordering at Thompsonwholesale.com. The first is with Google Checkout. You may also chose to order by calling us directly at 800-206-6439. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (for sales).
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing is valid at the time of purchase. Due to our fluctuating inventory we do not provide "price matching" or partial refunds if an item lowers in price. Some promotions will have shipping noted in the description and will be added to the order. Any shipping added to an order is not subject to a refund.
- Viewing Orders
- All orders placed online will be viewable through your account on this website. Orders placed through calling us directly or with a sales rep are usually not added to the site. You must request this at the time the order is placed. Please allow 24 hours for a phone order to appear on the site.
